Hybridoma cell line producing CB4 antibodies raised against Herpes Simplex Virus Type-1 protein pUL36 (VP1/2), which are mouse monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2b isotype. Works well for immunofluorescence (IF) on fixed specimens and for immunoprecipitiation (IP) on triton solubilised samples. Can be used to detect protein by western blot.
